Your Mission

In your role at cryptovision, you will be responsible for controlling our project portfolio, both in the customer area and in the development of our products. You will also help shape individual projects on your own responsibility in order to contribute to the success of our development and the entire company.

 

Your Role

You are the link between our project managers, management, and our sales department. In this role, you will support our development and project teams, particularly in the areas of planning, controlling, documentation, and reporting. Through your combination of product responsibility, resource management, and process management, you will ensure that technical development, customer requirements, and internal capacities are optimally coordinated at all times.
Further aspects of your role include:

Efficient resource planning: You ensure that customer and product development projects achieve their goals through professional resource planning and distribution of our operational staff.

Project support: Controlling our project management with regard to organizational and administrative tasks.

Product development: Supporting our lead developers through professional project management and collaboration with product management for the new and further development and implementation of our product roadmaps.

Requirements management: Collecting, formulating, and prioritizing requirements (user stories) in close coordination with customers, product management, and internal stakeholders.

Project coordination: Coordinating a dedicated development team together with the lead developers, as well as continuous progress monitoring, plan/actual analyses, feedback, and quality assurance.

 

 

Your Profile

You have experience as a product owner, project manager/assistant, in product management, or in product development management in software development (preferably in a high-security environment). You work analytically, in a structured manner, and independently, and are able to confidently combine technical requirements, resource planning, and stakeholder needs.
In addition, some of the following points round off your profile:

  • Education or studies: A (technical) education or studies in (for example) computer science, business informatics, mathematics, STEM, or business informatics are advantageous but not required.
  • Project management experience: You have experience in project planning and, if applicable, in various project management methods (e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2, Kanban). You also have methodological certifications as Professional Scrum Product Owner.
  • Structure & independence: You have experience in project support and work in a structured, careful, and independent manner.
  • Performance & entrepreneurial thinking: You are performance-oriented, highly motivated, and pursue goals in a targeted manner. You also have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong customer focus.
  • Product knowledge: You have knowledge of scaled software development environments as well as experience with web-based applications and, ideally, UX expertise.
  • IT & Office skills: You are confident in using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and have some experience working with Jira, Confluence, and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong communicator and team player: You can confidently convey complex content in German and English and enjoy moving things forward with a hands-on mentality.

Your Profile

You are currently studying economics, sales management, marketing, business informatics, or digital media, for example. Ideally, you have some initial experience in digital sales and campaign management. You also have knowledge in several of the following areas:

  • Technical expertise: You are proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
  • Strong communicator and team player: Your excellent communication skills help you work in a team and coordinate various stakeholders. You are also confident in giving presentations in both German and English. Knowledge of French is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Preparation of sales content: You have experience in optimizing sales content.
  • Data-driven mindset: You use your analytical thinking to evaluate projects quantitatively and derive follow-up measures.
  • AI-supported sales: You use modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI) to support your daily work.

Your Mission

As a project manager in Technical Consulting, you will support your team with organizational and administrative tasks within the scope of our customer projects. You combine strategic thinking and organizational skills with a strong technical focus, ensuring the success of our customer projects.

 

 

Your Role

Technical consulting for our customers: You analyze individual customer needs, support the requirements analysis, develop solution concepts and architecture proposals, and implement them together with the team.

Project management: You will be responsible for the organization of our customer projects and ensure a smooth project process. To this end, you will mediate between the respective stakeholders, coordinate schedules and tasks, and derive appropriate measures for the project plan. Regular reporting and project documentation ensure that the projects are well structured.

Knowledge transfer: By organizing workshops, you ensure that our customers can make optimal use of our solutions and thus contribute to a sustainable security culture.

Bridge between worlds: You act as a link and interface between customer projects and our product development

 

 

Your Profile

You have experience in technical project management and strong organizational skills. You use your excellent communication skills to mediate reliably between different stakeholders. A Technical education (e.g., in IT) or a technical degree is an advantage but not a requirement. You are also able to grasp new concepts quickly.

In addition, some of the following points round out your profile:

  • Experience counts: You have experience in IT security consulting—ideally with knowledge of public key infrastructures (PKI) and certificate management. Basic knowledge of network security and practical experience with Linux and Windows environments, high availability, and virtualization are an advantage.
  • Project experience: You have extensive experience in planning, managing, and executing technical projects. You have also already taken on team responsibilities.
  • Structured approach: You have experience in requirements analysis, conceptualization, and implementation in system integration projects, preferably with a focus on cryptographic solutions such as public key infrastructures and email security. You are proficient and confident in developing solution concepts.
  • Strong communicator and team player: You can communicate complex technical issues clearly and convincingly – in both German and English.

Your Mission

As Key Account Manager Citizen ID, you will sell our solutions for chip-based (electronic) identification documents, associated terminal and end-user software, as well as public key infrastructures in the sovereign-government environment in the Latin American market. You combine strategic thinking with a strong hands-on mentality and thus make a significant contribution to our company’s success.

 

Your Role

Customer acquisition & customer management: With your innovative market approaches, you will acquire new partners and customers – especially in Latin America. You will also develop new business potentials with existing customers and partners.

Comprehensive sales support: From selling software, services and hardware to ensuring customer satisfaction, you will oversee the entire sales process. You will be responsible for complex international tenders and contracting processes in the public sector.

Point of contact: As the central contact for our partners and customers, you will represent cryptovision at on-site events, in calls and at international conferences and trade fairs.

International sales: As a member of a motivated team, you will present and establish our high-value solutions in the international public sector environment in Latin America.

 

Your Profile

You have several years of experience in sales and have the relevant references. A (commercial) apprenticeship or a degree, e.g. in the fields of STEM or economics, is an advantage, but is not a prerequisite.

In addition, some of the following points round off your profile:

  • Experience counts: You have sales experience, ideally in working with digital identity solutions in the sovereign-government environment, and have already had touchpoints with security technologies such as smartcards, digital signatures and public key infrastructures. In addition, you have proven market experience in the LATAM region.
  • Strong network: You have experience in association and lobbying work and have a strong network in the public sector in Latin America. Ideally, you have established contacts with authorities, system integrators, or security-related institutions in Latin America.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills: You present complex topics confidently in German and English and have experience with contractual issues in connection with software licensing and service contracts (e.g. German EVB-IT). e.g. German EVB-IT). In addition, you are confident in dealing with decision-makers and have the necessary organizational skills and persuasiveness. Spanish language skills are required, Portuguese language skills are an advantage.
