Your mission

As a senior software engineer you will play a key role in the development of our proprietary products and design of new solutions. You combine technical expertise with the highest security requirements and thus increase data security in the digital world.

 

Your role

🧑‍💻Product development: Product development is your passion. This is the focus of your daily work

🏠Product architecture: Together with your team, you develop architecture proposals for new developments, document them using suitable tools and ensure that they are implemented on time and in line with specifications

🔒Security as a guiding principle: the high security requirements for our products always determine your thoughts and actions

🛞🛤️Management perspective: If necessary, you will take on management responsibility and manage a highly motivated development team

 

Your profile

You can look back on several years of professional experience in modern software development and may already have gained initial management experience. In addition, you have successfully completed a technical degree in information / IT security, technical, business or general computer science or a comparable education. In addition to knowledge of PKI and encryption, you will have knowledge of several of the following:

  • Practical programming experience: product development with Java and/or C++
  • Cryptography libraries: e.g. BouncyCastle and/or OpenSSL
  • System-oriented programming: for example under Windows, Linux or Mac OS X
  • Product architecture: experience in the field of software architecture using UML
  • Testing: test automation with xUnit, Selenium or other frameworks
  • Continuous integration: experience in the area of continuous integration, especially Jenkins or Hudson, and in configuration management
  • Databases: Experience in SQL, preferably in Oracle and/or MariaDB
  • GUI development: e.g. with JavaFX or Angular
  • Strong communicator and team player: your good technical knowledge and communication skills make you an asset to your development team
