SCinterface Remote (RSC) brings smart card functionality to the data center: The solution enables certificate-based authentication, digital signatures and data encryption – without users having to carry physical cards with them. Instead, keys are stored and managed centrally in an HSM-protected infrastructure.

Especially in hybrid working environments and BYOD concepts, SCinterface RSC offers a modern and secure alternative to the classic smart card. Thanks to a central backend based on the proven cryptovision Keymaster technology, companies retain full control over cryptographic material – with maximum convenience for users.

Integration into existing systems is simple: as an extension of the established SCinterface middleware, RSC supports all common crypto standards and operating systems. Parallel operation with physical cards or virtual smart cards is also possible – ideal for transitional phases or mixed infrastructures.
