Your Role

As a Product Manager at cryptovision, you will be responsible for defining and managing a part of our product portfolio. This involves tasks across the entire product lifecycle: from planning and marketing to end-of-life. In addition to supporting marketing efforts for the product portfolio, your responsibilities will include the following:

Business Responsibility: You are responsible for your product portfolio, applying a business-oriented mindset and taking ownership of results.

Business and Product Planning: You understand and regularly review the profitability of “your” products (business plan; business case; profitability). To this end, you will handle requirements management and define solution scenarios for your own product. Operational product planning, including the monitoring of development programs, is also part of your responsibilities.

Resource Planning: You plan content, resources, and deadlines with our development management and prioritize all projects related to the product.

Strategic Product Planning and Portfolio Development: You are responsible for executing strategic product planning, including roadmaps, product strategy, product positioning, bundling, producting, and the selection and definition of secondary/third-party products.

Interface management: You will manage the interfaces between management, development, marketing, and sales.

Interdisciplinary collaboration: You will work in a highly motivated, successful team of product managers and marketers (Business Field Managers).

Your Profile

You have extensive experience in product management and can provide relevant references. You have gained your expertise in the fields of software and IT systems, e-commerce, security technologies, marketing, or product management. A technical degree or a degree in fields such as computer science, business informatics, or mathematics is a plus but not required.

In addition, some of the following points round out your profile:

• Strong communicator and team player: You can clearly explain and present complex technical concepts – in both German and English
• Analytical skills and structure: Strong analytical abilities and a structured approach to work
• Entrepreneurial mindset: A performance-oriented attitude and high self-motivation to achieve agreed-upon goals – combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Resilience: Strong communication skills, perseverance, and the ability to handle stressful situations
