SCinterface Mobile – The smartcard to go
Available from the end of 2025: With SCinterface Mobile, the mobile device itself becomes a secure smartcard – without any additional hardware. The new solution adds a mobile component to the established SCinterface middleware and enables certificate-based authentication, signatures and encryption directly from a smartphone or tablet.
Whether in the home office, on the move or at the desk: SCinterface Mobile offers maximum flexibility for modern working environments – without compromising on security. The cryptographic keys are securely stored on the mobile device and connected to the desktop via an encrypted Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connection. This eliminates the need for bulky card readers or separate tokens.
