Your Mission
As Account Manager Public Sector you sell our solutions for highly secure e-mail and file encryption in the governmental sector. You combine strategic thinking with a strong hands-on mentality and thus make a significant contribution to our company’s success.
Your Role
The core of your job is to fascinate the public sector with our cryptovision products and solutions. Your potential customers will include both existing and new customers. Some aspects of your activities are:
Customer acquisition & existing customer support: With your innovative and solution-oriented sales strategies, you are responsible for building long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities with existing customers
Customer support: In close cooperation with our internal teams (e.g. development, product management, marketing), you ensure optimal customer support.
B2B sales: With your innovative sales strategies, you sell customized IT security solutions to companies and public institutions
Full-scope sales responsibility: You win deals and accompany the entire sales process – from the first contact to the successful conclusion.
Point of contact: As the central contact for our partners and customers, you will represent cryptovision at on-site meetings, in telephone calls and at conferences and trade fairs.
Your Profile
You already have some experience in sales or in customer-oriented roles (e.g. customer service, internal sales, consulting). You have a technical understanding – ideally even in the areas of IT security, digital identity solutions, digital signatures, secure e-mail infrastructure, public key infrastructure or electronic ID cards – or are interested in acquiring these. In addition, some of the following points round off your profile:
- Professional foundation: Training or studies, e.g. in the fields of business, business informatics, STEM, IT security, communication, are an advantage, but are not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills: You present complex content confidently in German and English. In addition, you are confident in dealing with decision-makers, as well as having the necessary organizational talent and persuasiveness. Your self-confident manner and ability to con-vince even experienced customers with new ideas round off your negotiating skills
- Motivation & willingness to learn: You have the appropriate interest in our products, markets and customers and are also enthusiastic about new technologies and digital sales approaches. In addi-tion, you have maximum willingness to learn to absorb the knowledge we prvide you
- Resilience: You embrace challenges and bounce back even after setbacks
- Programs & databases: You have experience in working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and are confident in using the MS Office products Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Mobility: You have the appropriate (international) willingness to travel in order to provide the best possible support to your customers (about 30 percent of the time)
