As a Sales Manager Public Sector (Germany) at cryptovision you are not only responsible for acquiring new public sector customers in Germany but have also the focus at existing accounts where you will be creating new opportunities and new revenue streams. You will be working at the cryptovision headquarters in Gelsenkirchen and reporting directly to the Executive Vice President Sales. As a member of a motivated team you will present and sell cryptovision’s high-quality products to German government customers and institutions. cryptovision’s sales team is responsible for the whole customer experience; from software, services and hardware sales, through customer satisfaction. As cryptovision’s face to the customer, you will represent the company at on-site visits, local conferences, and trade shows.
You have long-term experience in sales leadership with proven results in a scalable environment. Your sales experience comprises IT security and digital identity solutions, i.e. digital signature, secure E-Mail, public key infrastructures, eIDAS regulation, or company ID cards. In addition, skills in the following areas are required:
- Superior presentation skills and fluent written and verbal German communication skills for a variety of customer roles; good command of English.
- Strong negotiation skills; experienced with contract-related issues around software licensing and service agreements (such as German EVB-IT)
- Positive, result-oriented attitude; well organized with clear communication skills and not new to regular forecasting
- Experience of driving new conversations with decision makers; target-orientation, ability to take full accountability/ownership.
- Willingness to travel 30% or more of the time
