Sales and Business Development Manager For LATAM Region

Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development Manager at cryptovision you are not only responsible for acquiring new customers in Latin America but have also the focus at existing accounts where you will be creating new opportunities and new revenue streams. You will be reporting directly to the Executive Vice President Sales. As a member of a motivated team you will present and sell cryptovision’s high-quality Government eID and ePassport solutions together with existing and new partners. cryptovision’s sales team is responsible for the whole customer experience; from software, services and hardware sales, through customer satisfaction. As cryptovision’s face to the customer, you will represent the company at on-site visits, conferences, and trade shows.

Your Profile

You have long-term experience in sales leadership with proven results in a scalable environment. Your sales experience comprises IT security and digital identity solutions, i.e. eID cards, public key infrastructures or smart card personalization. In addition, skills in the following areas are required:

  • Superior presentation skills and fluent written and verbal Spanish and English communication skills for a variety of customer roles
  • Strong negotiation skills; experienced with contract-related issues around software licensing and service agreements
  • Positive, result-oriented attitude; Well organized with clear communication skills and not new to regular forecasting
  • Experience of driving new conversations with decision makers; Target-orientation, ability to take full accountability/ownership.
  • Willingness to travel 30% or more of the time
