The German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) uses cryptovision's e-mail security solution cv act s/mail. cv act s/mail was chosen, because it is suited even for highest security requirements. There are several partners of the German Armed Forces, who also use it.

The ECC implementation of the chipcard the GISA employed in the scope of the SINA project was of course from cryptovison. Furthermore, a technical study was furnished, that coped with security issues of smart cards in miscellaneous attack scenarios.
